CCT TURBO Turbochargers and their components are covered by a 12 Month / Unlimited KM Warranty1 from the date you receive your order. Please fill out the Warranty Form here.
We take all warranty claims very seriously. For all warranty claims, the turbocharger/s will need to be returned to us for a complete tear down and Full Warranty Report2 to ense we verify any faults and are able to rectify and resolve the issue immediately to get you back on the road. We Aim to have a 2 day turn around warranty process to help customers as much as we can.
For all warranty claims, the turbocharger/s will need to be fitted by a LICENCED MECHANICAL WORKSHOP. We do not cover Home / DIY repairs. Also, no modifications are allowed to be made to the turbocharger, these must be installed as manufacturer standard and boost settings must be left as manufacturer required.
Why Do We Offer a Full Report?
We offer this service at CCT TURBO because we like to make a point of difference, we strive on not only having Great Products and good customer relations but we want to have Happy Customers. It’s our job as a Turbo Manufacturer and Professional sales team to be able to help you with all your questions, to help you diagnose common faults and to ensure you’re getting the most out of your Turbochargers.
Below are some situations that are NOT COVERED by our warranty.
- Damaged compressor / turbine wheel caused by foreign objects.
- Not installed by a Licensed mechanic.
- Modifying the turbocharger unit in anyway shape or form.
- Applying silicon / sealant on turbo oil flange.
- Tuning beyond manufacturers specifications
- The product being used/fitted in a way that it was not designed for
