Please contact a Sales Member regarding your return request PRIOR to returning the product.
- If you need to return a product to us, you must return it with a copy of invoice and a contact number.
- Goods must be returned via the customer's designated courier/postal service, at the customer's cost.
- All items MUST be in new condition, and all associated parts (if any) MUST be be included. Products that have been installed WILL NOT be accepted for return.
- Exchanges or returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of goods.
- Refunds will be issued via paypal or BANK TRANSFER, depending on your payment method (any original or return postage costs will not be refunded).
- For exchanges, there may be a difference in price between the two products.
- A 15% restocking Fee may apply.
