The Standard Replacement Turbocharger is designed for Mercedes-Benz C350 CDI W204, Mercedes-Benz CLS320 CDI C219, Mercedes-Benz E280 CDI W211 and other compatible Mercedes-Benz applications powered by the OM642 3.0L engine.

This is a brand-new complete aftermarket turbocharger assembly. It is sourced from carefully selected manufacturers based on product quality, manufacturing consistency and OEM manufacturing experience. It is not a remanufactured or rebuilt turbocharger.
Is this a direct bolt-on replacement?
Yes. This turbo is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement using the original mounting locations and connections for the listed applications. No vehicle modifications are normally required when the correct part is selected.
Does this turbo include an actuator and gasket kit?
Yes. A matching actuator is included with the supplied turbo. Actuator type: Electronic Actuator. An installation gasket kit is also included, unless otherwise stated or shown in the product listing.

No. This Standard Replacement Turbo is intended to operate with the factory ECU calibration and factory boost level. ECU tuning is generally not required when replacing the original turbocharger with the correct equivalent specification.
