Crankcase ventilation gases contain oil mist and water in the form of vapour, when the crankcase ventilation gases combine with the exhaust gases from the EGR, the oil mist mixes with the carbon particles, which generates a mixture film inside the intake manifold. These deposits build up over time, causing the intake manifold being clogged. It restricts the air flow to the engine and reduces the performance and fuel efficiency. It is time and cost consuming to remove the deposits in the intake system.
Our DPP billet oil catch can kits are designed to catch the oil in the crankcase ventilation gases from crank case breather to the intake system. Therefore, the build-up of deposits in intake system will be greatly reduced.
Our DPP billet oil catch can kits are universal. The hose fittings are designed to be fully rotatable, which makes it easier for you when installing our DPP oil catch cans.
